We worked with Gemeos in the summer of 2024 to redesign the Modjo showcase site and thus convey the new positioning of the brand. The relationship was super effective, the agency is very responsive and adapts to all imponderables. With limited resources on our side, in the middle of summer, we took a total of 1 month and a half to launch the new site. The engagement rate of visits to the site has increased by +58%!
Modjo has the ambition to create the CRM of tomorrow and to become No. 1 in Europe. They have grown exponentially over the last ten months and so it was time for them to assert their new positioning and ambition.
So it was the perfect time to rebrand!
Reimagining Modjo's branding was one thing. But to really propel them towards their ambition as a European leader, it was also necessary to optimize each technical element: from international SEO to the structure of the website, to the point of training their teams so that they were 100% autonomous.

How to take an ambitious vision and transform it into a brand image that really speaks to its market? For Modjo, it was not just about changing the logo, but about creating a strong identity that embodies their ambition to become a European leader.
That is exactly what we did.
At the beginning, their team had a clear vision: to become the European leader in their sector. But their image no longer reflected this ambition at all. During our first meetings, we felt this frustration. Through collaborative workshops, we explored their values, their DNA, to create a branding that not only captures their technological essence, but also affirms their leadership position.
What interface could not only capture attention but also engage users from the first click? This is the challenge we took on by creating an intuitive and fluid design.
Together, we built an interface that not only draws the eye, but also guides the user naturally through the site. Each iteration, each feedback from the Modjo team, has refined the details, making the user experience simple and engaging.
The objective: an interface that reflects the modernity and ambition of their brand and of course an optimized path for conversion and SEO (SXO).
Integrating into Webflow was a key moment. We made sure that each design element was technically optimized to offer Modjo a stable and efficient platform.
We took the time to test, adjust, and refine, to ensure that the site was fast, accessible, and easy for their team to use.

As we have optimized the architecture of the site, some url structures have changed. To avoid 404s and therefore to give bad signals to Google. It's super important to have a meticulous redirection plan in place.
What is the best strategy for your website to speak to customers around the world without losing?
With an international vision and customers, having a multilingual site is a must have for Modjo. Using a third-party tool for this part previously, we preferred to use Webflow's native “Localization” solution.

How do you make a team completely independent, without any dependencies? It's simple, we train it.
