Functionality of the “Agency” role

‍This specific role allows owners of a Webflow workspace to calmly invite professionals such as agencies or freelancers.

Here's how it works:

As soon as a professional is invited, they get instant access to all the sites, old or recent, in this space. Additionally, these guests can create, copy, and clone sites, accept transfers, and purchase templates.

Authorized access for the agency or independent guest role:

• All workspace sites and directories.
• Specific settings like integrations and templates
• The Webflow editor.

Role limitations

‍Guests can't see or edit:

• Some workspace settings (such as spaces, members, packages, billing, and partner configurations).

Rights and permissions assignable to guests

‍Depending on the type of workspace (Starter, Core, Freelancer, Freelancer, Growth, Agency, or Enterprise), guests may be granted various rights and permissions:

• Site administrator : Design capacity with publication option. This is the default role for Growth spaces.
• Can design : Full access to design tools.
• Can design (limited)): Restricted access, generally granted in corporate spaces.

How to invite a guest into your workspace

1. Click on the Account dropdown menu in your dashboard
2. Click on Workspaces
3. Choose the workspace To which you want to add your guest
4. Go to the tab Members > Guests an agency or a freelancer
5. Click on Invite A guest
6. Add the email address Of the guest in the field
7. Click on Invite
